對於因以下原因而產生或與之相關的任何索賠、損失、責任、損害、成本及開支（包括合理的法律費用），您同意賠償本公司、其董事、主管、員工、代理人及供應商，並使其免受損害：(a) 您違反本條款及細則；(b) 您通過本網站提交、發布或傳輸的任何內容；或 (c) 您違反任何適用法律或侵犯任何第三方的權利。若該等索賠是由於本公司自身的疏忽、欺詐或故意不當行為所致，則本賠償條款不適用。

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Any material amendments will be notified to registered users by prominent notice on the website and will take effect 14 days after such notification.
